Offensive Team Warm-up Drill: Jog Prevent injuries by properly warming up your offensive unit.
  1. Simple, to prevent your young players from experiencing injuries.
  2. Instill a since of routine into your practice.
  3. Improve basic conditioning.
Offensive Team Warm-up Drill: Sprints Once your players have started to warm-up, execute mild sprints to fully warm-up.
  1. Completely warm-up the entire body, especially the leg muscles, to prevent pulled muscles during full speed or contact drills.
  2. Improve the overall team speed of your offensive unit.
Offensive Team Drill: West Point Drill Improve coordination between your running backs and offensive line during running plays.
  1. Improve your running game by having the line blocking in sync with the running backs cuts.
  2. Make your offensive running game just that much harder to stop.
Offensive Team Drill: Pass Protection Improve coordination between offensive line and backfield during pass protection.
