What Software do I need to
run the CD on my Computer |

Our CD-Rom based playbooks
are able to run on just about any computer. The
CD-Rom is 100% compatible with all versions of Microsoft
Windows. The CD-Rom can be used with other systems
such as Mac, Linux, Unix, etc..
Detailed Operating
Instructions for non-windows users are included with the
CD-Rom when shipped. The only additional software
you will need is Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 or newer to view
and print the playbooks. |

Our policy is VERY simple, if
you are not happy we will do everything we can to make you
happy, we will either provide you with a different playbook
that more suits your needs than the one you purchased, or we
will refund your purchase if you are not satisfied, no
questions asked. We have had to issue less that 1%
refunds since 2004, coaches are happy with our playbooks and
we know you will be too.
Note:
We require that you request a refund within 48-hours since
the product is downloadable, this gives you time to review
the playbook thoroughly. |

How soon will I receive my
playbook? |

We ship all playbooks via USPS
Priority Mail. This means you should normally receive
your order within 2-3 business days. We ship all
orders at 3:00 pm PST, orders placed after that will be
shipped the next business day. All orders placed on
the weekend will be shipped on Monday. We can ship to
PO Boxes, and will use Express Overnight mail upon request,
however we cannot guarantee it actually gets there in
24-hours, so we recommend the 2-3 day USPS Priority Mail. |
