the majority of the tackles, if they cannot
move and track the ball, your defense will
struggle.
- Being able to change
directions will maintaining awareness of the

- Defeating the block while
on the move can make all the difference

- When isolated in the open
field the linebacker may be the only defender
between the ball carrier and a score.
