- A defensive player will get
blocked to the ground from time to time.
- Getting off the ground and
making a play could be the difference in

and linebackers are in sync together you will
have no missed coverage, no wide open
receivers and more interceptions and deflected
passes.
- The better coverage
downfield the more a QB will delay, leading to
more sacks.
